Thursday December 5th, 2013 at 7:00pm Monthly Meeting: "Holiday Meeting and BAP awards”
Our next regular club meeting will be held at 7:00pm (note the time change) on Thursday, December 5, 2013, in the downstairs cafeteria of the library on the campus of the NCSU Veterinary School in Raleigh, NC. Directions are contained in the newsletter. Our holiday party and BAP awards are the program for this meeting. As always, RAS will supply the main meal, drinks, ice, and paper products, and we ask all attending club members to bring a side dish (salad, veggies, dessert, etc.) to share. We will not have our usual agenda items of business topics or silent auction, but we will have a huge raffle. Hope you can join us!
Please keep those raffle and silent auction items coming in! You can get up to 3 free raffle tickets when you donate up to 3 items for the monthly raffle. Just see Robert Sanderford and Jon Hadadd at the raffle table before each meeting to drop off your donations. Also, if you have any non-raffle fish or plants for use in the silent auction, contact Larry Jinks so he can inform the membership. We’re always looking for great programs to educate the club on ordinary and not-so-ordinary aquatic-related topics. If you’d like to be a speaker at any of our upcoming meetings, contact Todd Wenzel. We appreciate your support.
Business meetings are open to everyone who is interested in participating in Committees, general business and future plans for the club as well as the Workshop and Auction planning. The Business Meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month at the same location as the regular meetings at 7:30pm. See the latest newsletter for the dates of the business meetings.
Trading Post: Club members can send their ad information to email@example.com. Please send all trading post items by noon on the Wednesday before the first Thursday of the month in order to get them in that month's newsletter. Don't forget to include your full name and contact information.
